If you want it, we can build it.

Everyone’s excited to use AI in their business, but not everybody knows how, nor do they have the time. If you have a vision for how your company could be running but you don’t have the time or the know-how, let us come in and build your dream business for you.

Bring the problem. We do the building.

Describe it in plain words. You do not need a specification or the right vocabulary. GC Total works out what it takes, builds it around the people and systems you already have, and runs it with you until it holds up on a normal week.

  • A straight answer first. We map the people, systems and handoffs involved and tell you where the real delay is — including when the honest answer is that software is not what fixes it.
  • Something that actually runs. A working build wired into the tools you already pay for. Not a pilot, not a slide deck, and not a licence you have to find a use for.
  • Your approvals kept. Named decisions stay with the responsible person, so nothing that binds your company happens without one of your people saying yes.
  • A record you can read. Every automated action leaves a trace of what moved and when, so your team can trust it and we can keep sharpening it.

What do we build?

The Bid Scope Compiler and the AI Assistant are the workflows we have already built for contractors. This is everything else: the work that is specific to your company, or to the person running it. Three we are asked for most often.

Your operation, built into one app.

Every company runs on a handful of things it does differently from everyone else, and those are exactly the things no product supports. We can build a focused internal application around how your company actually manages projects, approvals, records and visibility. Keep the systems that work. Stop bending the rest of your operation to fit software that was written for somebody else.

A high-level executive AI assistant.

The AI Assistant runs the project work. This one runs yours. Connect it to one executive’s approved email, calendar, documents and systems, then ask for what no fixed menu anticipated — what has gone quiet, or what the numbers look like if the schedule slips. It plans across the tools you have allowed, pauses for approval before anything consequential, and leaves a record of what it changed.

Privacy-compliant local hosting.

Federal work brings obligations ordinary cloud software cannot meet. Drawings and specifications on a DoD project are usually controlled unclassified information, and running them through an outside cloud service adds a FedRAMP-equivalence obligation you have to satisfy. A local deployment avoids it: GC Total runs on your own hardware, inside the boundary you have already had assessed under NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC.

How do I start?

01

Tell us what is bothering you

In plain words. The bottleneck, the repeat, or the thing you wish the company could do. No specification required.

02

We work out what it takes

We map the people, systems and handoffs, then come back with what is worth building, what it involves, and what it does not solve.

03

We build it

Around the operation you already run, alongside your team, and in the open — not in a vacuum you get shown at the end.

04

You stop thinking about it

Routine work moves on its own. Open items stay visible. Your people handle the decisions that need judgment and get on with the job.

Build your dream business now.

Every contractor has a list of things they would build if they had the time and the people. Read yours out. We will tell you straight which one is worth doing first, what it takes, and whether we are the ones who should do it.
