GC Total uses access scopes, source custody, validation, malware scanning, sensitive-document gates, and provider and storage routing constrained by the customer's Data Handling Profile. We use contracted providers only as needed for enabled services, and we do not sell or make Customer Content public. Ordinary eligible project material may be used internally to improve GC Total-owned models unless the customer opts out; restricted material is excluded, and a no-retention profile is available by agreement. Yes. Access is set per person and per role, so an estimator, a project manager and someone in the office can each be given only what their work requires. Your company owns that decision: who gets added, what they can open, and who is allowed to approve. Because pricing is per job and not per seat, adding people or tightening their permissions never changes what you pay.

No. The entire system can be run through email. Talk to it the way you would talk to a co-worker, in plain sentences, from the inbox your team already lives in. There is no syntax to memorise and nobody has to log into anything to get the work done. GC Hub is optional: Stage 1 provides read-only account and delivery history, and later stages add direct interaction with the same Project record. If you hit something that is too difficult to ask for, tell us and we will fix it. Some services need approved access to a system before they can touch it, and we will tell you exactly what that involves before you commit to anything.
